Project Management & Research Development Advisor
Sarah Sullivan is Project Administration and Research Development who holds Master of Public Policy from the School of Government and Public Policy and Bachelor of Commerce with Honours graduated from the University of Western, Australia.
Sarah assists in various international development projects that are formulated, processed, financed, and implemented by multilateral agencies, primarily the World Bank, ADB, and bilateral donors. From Osana’ home office, Sarah has served intermittently on ADB and UN-financed technical assistance contracts implemented by Osana International advisors across various developing countries. Her duties include assisting expatriate advisors to research, prepare, and format English-language reports and documents, coordination among team members, assistance with administrative procedures throughout the project duration as well as to design and develop capacity building graphics, organizational structures, and institutional strengthening graphics (reform and reorganization).
